A Stash of Emergency Food Supply
Recently, my friends experienced a natural disaster. They have survived through a minor hurricane in Tampa, Florida while visiting their parents. They survived, but it was very stressful going through all of this before they flew home. On the day of the hurricane, hundreds of houses were destroyed, pipes broke, and many power lines ripped. However, they were far away from where the hurricane hit even though their parent’s house was somewhat affected. They were very worried because they knew that the hurricane only hit about fifteen miles away. They were afraid to leave after this happened. They didn’t want to leave their parents. However, their parents convinced them not to worry because they had a stock of emergency food supply, a first aid kit, and other emergency supplies just in case a worse hurricane hit. Once my friends found out that they had this stash of supplies, they felt better about flying back home. Their parents told them about a shelter that they could go to if they had a hurricane warning in their town. That shelter was also stocked with emergency food. My friends were set at ease and flew home within a few days.
What a lot of people do not realize is that they can
